2018 Adams County Grants Program Seeks Proposals

The Adams County Community Foundation is seeking proposals from qualified nonprofits to its 2018 Adams County Grants program.

The 2018 Adams County Grants program is focused on three funding areas based on recent community needs assessments, the availability of other community-based competitive grants and opportunities available to all nonprofits through individual giving.

  1. Help nonprofits become efficient and effective at what they do by making grants of up to $15,000 to build the capacity of nonprofits that address the needs of our most vulnerable residents, with special consideration to those addressing affordable housing, transportation and youth.
  2. Make a meaningful and sustained difference in people’s lives through grants of up to $15,000 to nonprofit organizations that help low-income residents move toward self-sufficiency.
  3. Build a healthier community through grants of up to $15,000 for collaborative projects that address youth activities or transportation or affordable housing issues.

Nonprofits are strongly encouraged to review the new guidelines, and if they believe they have a proposal that meets one of the three areas of focus listed above, a representative must RSVP and plan to attend the Grant Information Session scheduled for Wednesday, February 21, 2018 from 1:30-3:00pm at Adams Electric Cooperative, 1338 Biglerville Road, Gettysburg, PA.

To RSVP for the Grant Information Session, email info@adamscountycf.org with your name, organization, phone number and email address, and let us know you are planning to attend the Adams County Grants Grant Information Session.

Please note:

Space is limited and you must RSVP prior to the Grant Information Session. Please RSVP by Monday, February 19.
