Col. (Ret.) Sebastian Hafer wanted to honor the life of Irene Thomas who he remembered was dedicated and committed to taking care of others.
This fund will provide entertainment, travel, pleasure, comfort, care and assistance for elderly, never married and childless women. The Community Foundation will select qualified charities to receive grants that address these purposes.
