The fund presents a scholarship to a graduating senior of Littlestown Area High School attending at least an accredited 2-year, but preferably 4-year post-secondary educational program, a student exemplifying the values of Rotary (Service Above Self or the Four-Way Test, or a participant of Rotary’s Interact Program), financial need, good academic performance, community, school and/or church service.
