We are saddened by the passing of Jim Roach, a longtime member of the Adams County Community Foundation Scholarship Committee and a dedicated advocate for Adams County students.
Jim generously gave his time and wisdom to help students pursue educational opportunities, and we are grateful for his many years of service to our community.
Memorial gifts in Jim’s memory will support the Adams County Community Foundation Scholarship Fund, helping provide expanded opportunities for generations of Adams County students.
