Adams County Community Foundation offers a variety of funds to meet community needs.
Adams County Grants are distributed once a year through a competitive grant process. Nonprofits serving Adams County Pennsylvania residents may apply using the downloadable application packet.
There are also donor advised funds and funds designated by donors for specific purposes or organizations. Community Foundation staff will contact the appropriate nonprofits as these funds become available.
