The Adams County Community Foundation mourns the passing of William (Bill) Iannello, 94 of Gettysburg on March 3, 2022. Mr. Iannello was the grandfather of Andrew Dalton, Executive Director of the Adams County Historical Society.

Bill was especially proud of Andrew’s work at the Historical Society and the current campaign to build a world-class venue to house Adams County artifacts and preserve Adams County history.

In memory of Mr. Iannello, friends established the William Iannello Endowment for Adams County Historical Society to honor his family’s commitment to Adams County.
